This prototype uses synonym-aware evidence matching to simulate the workflow. It recognises equivalent wording such as “Project Manager” and “project management.” A production version would use an approved enterprise AI model and structured recruiter rules.
This tool supports recruiters; it does not make hiring decisions. A human must verify every output.
